We heard about BBS Homes from viewing their first display home in Googong, and we were very impressed with the quality and design of the house, and were very excited to hear they had a home coming up in the market. We bought our home 2-3 month from completion and just as COVID had started. During unknown times, Jeoff was highly accommodating with questions, agreed to small changes, and went that extra mile to make it a great experience for us. We viewed the home as it was being built and knew from the start, that this was the home we wanted. They provided high quality finishings, high attention to detail, and it’s clear that they take alot of pride in what they do. The design and key features are what stood out from everything else in the market, and it wasn’t even finished yet! Even now, we are seeing the positive advantages from the design, such as the double glazed windows and access of the house. It is clear that these guys know their stuff. It is also very clear that BBS Homes want to make the whole building process, a great experience for their customers, and they produce a quality product – they go above and beyond for the end product. I have friends who are wanting to build and I have sent them BBS Homes contacts and website, and I will be more than happy to also be building again with these guys.

As this was our first brand new home which was purchased off the plan, we had a level of concern and uncertainty due to the amount of issues other people have had with builders in the past. However, BBS Homes were able to alleviate these concerns by showing us other recently finished properties, as well as showing us their display village. This demonstrated their level of workmanship and how they finished their builds. You could tell they had a lot of pride in their work. We had several meetings to review designs and plans, and to solve any issues or concerns straight away. They were able to stay within our assigned budget, as our purchase price stayed locked in and only our own additions were added. We were extremely happy with their customer service, level of communication, and their problem solving. Jeoff and Hany communicated with us clearly and often, which made the whole process very comfortable. They were alway contactable to discuss plans and responded quickly to all of our questions. After being homeowners for the past 40 years it was time to finally build our dream home. We knew we wanted a home that had features that we wanted and was a quality build. After walking through many display homes over a long period of time we chose BBS because of the high level of workmanship we saw in their display homes. The design was an architecturally designed purpose built house which was managed well and within the capacity of BBS. The finished product has given us a quality home.
