HomeBuilder Grant

Spring promotion
September 21, 2019

The Australian Government has released a stimulus package called the HomeBuilder grant to support the housing and construction sector. The grant will help with the construction of new homes and renovations over the next six months.

The HomeBuilder grant will give Australian home buyers access to a $25,000 grant to go towards the cost of building a new home (including land) up to the value of $750,000.

You will be able to apply for HomeBuilder when the relevant State or Territory Government that you live in, or plan to live in, signs the National Partnership Agreement with the Commonwealth Government.

HomeBuilder is available to couples with a combined income of less than $200,000 per year and individuals earning less than $125,000 per year, for contracts entered into before 31 December 2020.

Eligibility for HomeBuilder is outlined in the links provided below.
