We love nothing more than completing a home for our clients in the shortest timeframe possible without comprising quality. Build with BBS and your new home in Googong will be completed in 6-months or you will receive a $5000 rebate!

Terms and conditions: the 6-month build period is initiated from the day that the first progress payment is made and does not include the period to select and modify a home design nor the time allocated to make colour and material selections. A building contract must be executed to commence construction. Land must be ready to build upon immediately and progress payments are required to be made within the timeframe agreed between BBS Homes, the client and the lending institution (if applicable). BBS Homes take no responsibility for delays due to weather, other forces of nature, unsettled land or late progress payments. If any of the aforementioned should hold up building progress, the $5000 rebate will not be payable.  A completed home is deemed as one which is occupiable via receipt of a certificate of occupancy issued by the relevant government authority. Offer available for single-storey homes only, selected from the BBS standard home range with finished selected from the BBS standard schedules (Classic, Premium and Infinity). Minor modifications to house plans can be negotiated.
